The passage I read was Ecc 12:1-14

My summary of the passage is this:
Get to Know God now. Don’t wait till later. And be careful who you listen to and what you read in the process of getting to know God. Simply Fear God & keep his commandments. “God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing” (whether it’s good or evil).
As I reflect:
Don’t put off getting to know your creator (you may not have tomorrow), but even if you decide to know him now, receive knowledge and wisdom from trusted sources like; the Bible, leaders in your church that are trust worthy and reflect living by the Holy Spirit, and friends who likewise exhibit by their fruit a walk that is founded in Christ. If you have an area of your life that is hidden from everyone else, know that it’s not hidden from God. I would encourage you to give that area to Him now. Confess and begin the change that he can do through you.
My response to the Lord:
Lord, may I never put off anything that you have led me to do. If today I am to witness in the Walmart parking lot, then may I not procrastinate your will in my life. Whether it is a hard or easy thing you ask of me, may I faithfully serve you now. May I help others to realize the urgency of getting to know you while they have a change to do so. Life is too short to gamble. Please speak through me Father. Holy Spirit please put your words in my mouth and help be to be bold in sharing your truth with the lost. They just don’t know how short our time on Earth really is. May I not hide anything from you Lord. My life is completely open for you to mold and shape as you please, for I am fully devoted to you. In Jesus name.
